Service Area TRAIN

In the Service Area Train future operators and programmers as well as maintanance and the customers own service personnel learn everything that is important for an effective set-up, operation and production with a JUNKER grinding machine: from basic principles of grinding technique with CBN up to programming of the JUNKER machine control. We will accomodate you in Nordrach in new, modern training rooms and will train you based on up-to-date knowledge transfer concepts.

Service Area MAINTAIN

Because maintenance is a key for productivity the JUNKER Service Area Maintain offers a wide spectrum for inspection and maintenance of Junker Grinding Machines. We also offer overhauling and retrofitting of existing machines for other uses. Longer warranty periods can be offered upon request. Our broadened service contractes including Tele-Service as well as our extended phone hours of the Service Center are only a few of the interesting features.

If success is important -
Service Area ASSIST

When a machine goes down and the clock is ticking the JUNKER Service Pros bring your production up and running again fast. Wth an existing service contract or with purchase of a service package an "emergency call" to the JUNKER Service Hotline starts the shipment of parts or the dispatch of a qualified service technician. In many cases the expert help per phone can find the needed cure.
