The machining principle

Crankshaft grinding at the JUCENTER:
Station 1: Grinding of the cylindrical
diameters (mains, stubs, hubs) in one set
with a multi-wheel setup. Station 2: Two
independently controlled infeed axis grind
the stroke bearings (pins). The bearings
are ground by chasing the pins. Pins
with different orientations can be ground
simultaneously.

Option: With the wider station grinding of every kind can be realised, e.g. pivots or flanges.
