Julia Oestreich: Training to becoming an industrial manager with additional qualifications

An interview with: Julia Oestreich

What convinced you most to apply for a position at JUNKER?

A secure job and long-term employment were the most important things to me. The chances being offered a fulltime position in the company following the apprenticeship are high and JUNKER offers many opportunities for promotion and further training.

" One major factor was the high potential for being offered a fulltime position in the company "

What is important to you when it comes to training?

For me, the quality of the training, such as the supervision, training contents and support, are important. Another benefit is the competitive salary.

What do you like in particular about the training at JUNKER?

JUNKER offers a great working environment, independent work but also teamwork. But there is no shortage of fun: There are regular office parties, trips and a fantastic team spirit, extending long beyond the working day. JUNKER is the perfect training organization for me since I can contribute my strengths here, I find the fields of activity to be great fun and, during my training, I gain interesting and varied insights into the various departments.

How is this possible for you?

Thanks to a structured induction program with direct contact persons within the various departments.

Three words to describe the 60th anniversary of the company...

Together, successful, forward-looking
