Erwin Junker Maschinenfabrik GmbH has been awarded a silver medal for its responsible actions in the areas of environment, labor and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement for the second time in a row by EcoVadis, an internationally recognized and independent sustainability rating platform.
EcoVadis evaluated the companies in these categories using 21 indicators based on international CSR standards such as the ten principles of the UN Global Compact. EcoVadis also conducted a 360-degree audit based on external information sources.
With an overall score of 61 points, we rank well above the industry average of 43 points and among the top 17 percent of companies assessed by EcoVadis.
This award confirms JUNKER's long-standing commitment to sustainability and recognizes the philosophy JUNKER has long pursued in economic, social, and environmental areas. Moreover, it makes our commitment to sustainability even more visible to our customers.
