After the machine undergoes extensive diagnostics, all filters are replaced on the pneumatic and hydraulic components. Workpiece spindles, dressing spindles and grinding spindles are reconditioned, a process which includes replacement of the bearings, re-lubrication and carrying out a function test. If required, components can be replaced to increase the service life. All relevant positioning axes are worked on and special seals replaced. The scheduled modification work can either be completed on site or at a JUNKER and ZEMA facility – no matter the location, it will be conducted professionally and to the highest quality standards. Following the RETROFiT, the overhauled grinding machine is thoroughly tested and integrated back into the production line.
Supplementary to OVERHAUL, RENEWAL offers numerous additional services, such as reworking the safety technology including overhauling the inspection windows, replacing or overhauling the pumps, as well as completely replacing all lines and hoses in a grinding machine's wet area.
