"I am extremely satisfied with the creativity that I can exercise in my job"

What makes your work so interesting for you?

One thing is the cross-departmental cooperation. By working in marketing, I am regularly in contact with, and exchanging ideas with, our technical departments, which gives me access to the products and provides me with fascinating insights into our grinding machines and highly efficient machining processes.

What makes JUNKER an attractive employer for you?

In addition to the performance-based, competitive salary, JUNKER offers anniversary bonuses, special bonuses and a company pension, for example. There is also flexibility when it comes to the working hours, meaning that private appointments can be arranged during the working day. It is a great opportunity to work for an international corporation like JUNKER.

In your opinion, what makes the JUNKER Group successful?

Our company can look back on a long tradition, and is well-known and held in high esteem in its domestic market. In the 60 years that we have existed, we have built an excellent reputation as a reliable, competent and global partner for our customers, and we are continuously pushing forward on this with a wealth of ideas and innovative strength.
