For almost 60 years, the JUNKER Group has been a reliable partner providing practical training in both the technical and commercial fields. With around 1300 employees worldwide, the JUNKER Group is not only there at the very start of a trainee's career, but also continues to offer expert assistance throughout the entire learning process.
As a pioneer in machine and system engineering, the JUNKER Group encourages new recruits to undertake a traineeship abroad within Europe. All trainees gain technical and business insights at the production sites in the Czech Republic. "All JUNKER Group sites will be brought even closer together by the motto "United, forward-thinking and groundbreaking". Employees are motivated, actively contribute to areas such as networking and digitalization, and play an important part in shaping the future of the JUNKER Group and its trainees," explains JUNKER Group Managing Director Dr. Karsten Schaumann.
During their induction, the new trainees start with an in-depth plant tour, followed by a knowledge test and a business etiquette course from the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK). The training itinerary also incorporates the "Water March Project", which was organized by second year trainees. In the introductory weeks, the trainees also had team training events, giving the trainees and trainers the opportunity to get to know each other better. The JUNKER Group has a total of 26 trainees under its wing in Nordrach. In 2022, the JUNKER Group will also be offering training positions or study programs to school pupils and students, providing them with fascinating insights into the fields of CBN and corundum grinding, as well as innovative filtration solutions. These are the perfect conditions for them to apply their own theoretical knowledge to the day-to-day work processes of a global corporation.
