Under the motto „Shaping Our Future“, the JUNKER Group is hosting a contest to promote employees‘ creative potential in order to improve, modernize, and expand its product range and scope of business.

Thanks to its dedication, the JUNKER Group will constantly be developing in order to maintain its position as the world market leader in CBN grinding with efficient products services and to open up new areas of application, such as new grinding processes for special component geometries or machining of components made of special materials.“

JUNKER receives TOP 100 award 2022

Erwin Junker Maschinenfabrik GmbH, based in Nordrach, Germany, impressed as a think tank at the 29th TOP 100 competition, receiving the TOP 100 award for 2022, an exclusive recognition presented to only the most innovative medium-sized companies. The main event at the TOP 100 innovation competition is a scientific selection process used to evaluate the participating companies. On behalf of compamedia, the organizer of the comparative process, innovation researcher Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke, examined Erwin Junker Maschinenfabrik GmbH with his team using more than 100 innovation indicators across five categories: Innovation-promoting top management, a climate of innovation, innovative processes and organization, external orientation/open innovation, and innovation success. The award is presented in three size categories (Up to 50, 51 to 200 and over 200 employees) to ensure all applicants have an equal chance.
On June 24th, 2022, Erwin Junker Maschinenfabrik GmbH will also be recognized for its outstanding achievements at an awards ceremony in Frankfurt am Main hosted by science journalist Ranga Yogeshwar.
