In 2015, the new multi-functional building was inaugurated at the Holice site. The complex consists of a workshop and assembly hall, a Technology Center, a four-star hotel, the "Quickpoint" restaurant and the company's own technical academy. The provision of the JUNKER Academy is, without doubt, a key investment in the future. The JUNKER Academy offers the employees the opportunity to receive further training. This means that young engineers can expand their knowledge – particularly related to mechanical engineering. Furthermore, every employee can improve their knowledge as part of a series of lectures, which have been developed in collaboration with the R&D department. This not only encourages individual development, but also promotes the JUNKER Group's quality initiative.
Investment in modern metalworking centers, the construction of the paint and metalworking shops, and the opening of the administrative building at the branch in Mělnik all demonstrate the progress made over recent years. The further development of the Technology Center in Holice enables us to set new standards and get even further ahead of the competition in terms of technology.
