The Preowned Machine service area supplies second-hand machines that have been checked, partially overhauled or even completely overhauled. JUNKER offers in-depth and personalized advice as well as hassle-free negotiations for used machines. JUNKER preowned machines have undergone functional and safety tests, meaning that they can be integrated directly into production. All of the options available with JUNKER RETROFiT can be applied to these second-hand machines.

Stage 1: Preowned machines that have undergone functional and safety testing

Stage 1 preowned machines are tested to ensure that they are in working order and are safe, and any faulty parts that are necessary for operation are replaced. An OEM check is also carried out, and a condition and geometry report is created.

Stage 2: Partially overhauled preowned machines

Stage 2 preowned machines are partially overhauled (OVERHAUL) and can therefore be put into operation immediately, safely and in the long term. An OEM check is carried out, the condition and geometry report created and, by recalibrating the axes, spindles and assemblies, the partially overhauled preowned machines are ready for operation sustainably and right away.

Stage 3: Completely overhauled preowned machines

The grinding machines are completely overhauled (RENEWAL) and can be put into operation not only immediately, but also sustainably and for the long term. A long machine service life and individually tailored solutions – all at a reasonable price.
