JUNKER's three inspection models:

JUNKER inspection model 1:

Inspection model 1 includes filter element replacement and inspection of pressure controls, mechanics, and wear parts.

JUNKER inspection model 2:

Additional vibration measurements on the grinding machines come together with the tasked of inspections from model 1. The tooling remains assembled in the grinding machines to avoid interruption of the production.

JUNKER inspection model 3:

During this comprehensive inspection, which comprises inspection models 1 and 2, technicians conduct a total geometric measurement while also recalibrating the axes, spindles, and assemblies.

Individual JUNKER Service Agreement for improved safety

JUNKER service agreements minimize processing efforts by making costs easily calculable. Scheduled inspections take place typically every six to twelve months. These regular inspections detect wear early on, thus avoiding potential sources of faults and maximizing machine availability. After each inspection, the grinding machines are documented in detail.

If you extend or authorize your JUNKER Service Agreement this year (valid until 31st December 2020) with regular inspections, we will offer a 10% discount on your subsequent spare parts order.
